Natural Strawberry Smoothie

Today I'll give you a fast recipe that is super easy and quick to prepare.  For the delicious smoothie you only need a handful of ingredients and ideally a stand mixer. The preparation is simple.

is about 1 liter 2 1/2 cups strawberries Juice of half a lemon 3-4 mint leaves 1 sheet of stevia (or sugar)

Wash the strawberries and put it in the mixer. Smash it and add mint and the lemon juice and stevia (or sugar). Mix all ingridients at the highest level by mixing well and add another 3-4 ice cubes if necessary. conclusion Of course you can also take other fruits to make a smoothie. Oh, and the smoothie gives a wonderful cocktail with rum

Now i change my mind and decided to write the blog in english. The most friends in my social networks speak english so why i should write in german.
